With high temperatures a long car ride may be disappointing. All you need is a place to stop somewhere on the way to take a fresh dive, but where can you do that along the highway? Is your destination Spain? Then we have selected 7 beautiful stops for you, all just 10 minutes from the highway.

Recreation Park St. Cyr
Past Tours, in the direction of Bordeaux is close to the A10 a lake where you can swim. You can sunbath and swim for a few hours against a small fee, with a lifeguard who keeps an eye on the lake during the summer months. Apart of swimming and sunbathing children can ride horses, cycle, there is a playground, you can play golf, fish and there are barbecue facilities. Does this sound pleasing, and do you want to stay a little longer than just a couple of hours? There are possibilities to camp here with your own tent, a rented (furnished) tent or your caravan. In June the park is open on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 13: 00-18: 00. From July to August the park is open every day from 10: 00-18: 00.

Aquatic Landes
